Hang on, I've just checked the book I've got it from and you're right, it wasn't the T70
and the GT40 wasn't touched by Shelby until Series IV (apart from the 427 engines)

No, way off. the t70 lola was Broadley's own lola project after the earlier lola design was sold to Ford. Last I heard lola was still based in the Slough factory that Ford had moved him into.

Right, it was the Mk IV that was designed and built in Dearborn.

Designed and built at Dearborn ? what a load of crap. The cars were never near dearborn. Designed and built at Slough, england.
